Srinivas is the Chairman and CEO at Photon, and has had a history of building category-leading, highly profitable companies. Since he was appointed Photon’s CEO in 2007, the company has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue - creating billions of dollars in market value. Srinivas led the successful sale of Infravio to webMethods in 2006 for a little over $40 million after which Srinivas served on the webMethod’s CEO’s Executive Management team.
Srinivas began his career in 1997 as an equity and derivatives trader at JP Morgan and Credit Lyonnais Securities at Mumbai, India, running the largest Institutional trading desk in India when he was at Credit Lyonnais. The trading desk was ranked as the best in the country. Srinivas is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani.
Mukund is the CTO at Photon. His strategic thought and technology leadership is the driving force for the innovation that Photon provides to its Fortune 100 customers. As a trusted technology advisor, he guides and advises CIOs on their evolving omni-channel and Digital strategy. He was previously VP - Product Development at webMethods, leading middleware technology firm. Prior to that he was co-founder and CTO at Infravio Inc, a Valley based company which was a pioneer in the Web Services and SOA Infrastructure space. Mukund has served as an active member and adviser to several standards organisations such as XML Schema, W3C Web Services architecture and Open Source web services. Mukund is an alumnus of Stanford University and is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
As Executive Vice President – Engineering Muhamad manages a multi-national team in India, Indonesia, Europe, and the United States of over 4,000+ people and is responsible for mentoring, leading and recruiting the engineering team. He provides technical and innovation direction for building Mobile, Social Network Apps, SOA solutions and Web 3.0 applications. He has designed and implemented scalable cost-effective solutions for all clients and is involved in all aspect of sales, from pre-sales to contract signing and delivery. He is also the Head of Indonesian operations that specializes in HTML5 technologies, Android and iOS development.
Momo joined Photon with more than 10 years of experience in architecting scalable high-performance systems. Prior to joining Photon, he was a Principal Engineer at Applied Predictive Technologies. Prior to Applied Predictive Technologies, Muhamad co-founded Infravio along with Mukund and Srinivas in 1999 and was a Principal Engineer at Infravio. Muhamad has a Master in CS from the University of Pennsylvania where he focused his research on Peer to Peer Distributed Database.
Hariprasad heads the Strategic Account Management team in the US and is responsible for maintaining and developing strategic enterprise customer relationships. He takes the lead on delivering on our commitments to key relationships and in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of Photon’s involvement in these accounts. Hariprasad has been instrumental in ensuring Photon’s positioning with our major enterprise customers and has grown all our major enterprise accounts into multi-million dollar accounts. Prior to joining Photon, Hariprasad was Senior Product Manager at Servigistics, the leading provider of Service Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Servigistics, Hari was a Project Manager at i2 Technologies, the market leading provider of supply chain management solutions. Hariprasad has a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Leif is responsible for the Pre-Sales and Innovation Consulting teams at Photon. He takes leadership on solution ideation and development for prospects and existing customers, identifying opportunities to leverage Photon’s expertise to deliver digital projects that accelerate time-to-value and ROI. Leif collaborates with the Strategic Account Management and the Solution Delivery teams to facilitate a smooth project transition from Pre-Sales to delivery. Prior to joining Photon, Leif spent 10 years directing Global Sales Consulting and Strategy-focused Commerce and Omni-Channel solutions as part of Oracle’s Retail Global Business Unit and the Commerce Innovation Group as part of Art Technology Group.
From our Chicago office, Jim Kim is Executive Creative Director and leads design teams in Dallas, New York, Chicago, and Chennai. From UX/UI to social media marketing, to integrated campaigns, Jim brings 15+ years of digital marketing experience. He was previously VP - Group Creative Director at Digitas and Creative Director at Critical Mass.
Anantha is responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions and services to key customer accounts that are executed across solution centers. Over the last 4+ years, he has successfully delivered programs for major F100 and G2000 accounts and built competencies in the SOA/Java, PHP/Drupal and Mobile platforms. Anantha is an IT professional with 18+ years of experience in Sales, Product Management, SAP Consultancy, eBusiness and software services. Anantha holds a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical and Electronics Engg).
Hans has 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He brings with him a high level of experience of working with Volvo Car Group, Volvo IT, and Fujitsu. He leverages deep expertise in High Volume Consumer Facing Web, IT Operations, Strategy, Architecture and Project Management as well as Management skills. Hans has a bachelor in Software Engineering as well as higher studies from the Swedish Armed Forces.
Based out of Photon's Manhattan office, Michael Levine is the SVP of Marketing and Partnerships at Photon. He also is the General Manager for the Products Division.
Before joining Photon, Michael spent the last 15 years leading global CPG beauty companies in launching and accelerating the growth of their global digital commerce organizations - both direct to consumer, retailer.com and online marketplace channels. Most recently, Michael served as the Head of eCommerce and CRM at L’Oreal USA (a Photon client), reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of L'Oreal Americas.
Other CPG brands Michael led their eCommerce organizations include: Baxter of California, Essie Cosmetics, diptyque Paris, SpaceNK, and DDF Skincare.
As Vice President - Engineering Thomas manages a team of highly trained software professionals in digital technologies across the United States, Canada, and Asia. He oversees projects and programs that are strategic to Photon across various industries.
Prior to joining Photon, he led the digital and cloud transformation effort at MoneyGram International as CTO where he led their transformation from a transaction-centric company to a customer-centric company leveraging cloud and open source technologies. Before that, Thomas was the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Vizient, a leader in hospital supply chain management. Prior to Vizient, he held various leadership positions at Intel Corporation.
Thomas has a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology along with a Master degree in Entrepreneurship from Oregon Health & Science University. Thomas has attended various Executive education sessions from Stanford, Harvard and the Kellogg School of Management.
Annah oversees the New York creative team consisting of UX and UI designers, UX researchers and video editors, as well as the overall creative delivery of client projects spanning East Coast USA, Central and South America, and Europe. Annah has a solid background in tech, starting her career in development, with an undergraduate IT degree majoring in Data Communications and Artificial Intelligence. She transitioned to design with two design centric masters degrees over her career with the most recent from the internationally renowned art school, Central Saint Martins. Her career has spanned across roles in Melbourne, London and New York and she has worked on a wide breadth clients in a range of verticals including M&Ms (New York), L’Oréal (Paris), Boots (London), Metlife (Mexico City), Olive Garden (Orlando), Petco (San Diego) and Neiman Marcus (Dallas).
Stephanie has 15 years of experience in product design where she provides strategic thinking and customer experience solutions to help clients pave a digital footprint. She is responsible for the Dallas creative team. Stephanie brings with her a high level of experience as a creative consultant where she led teams at Hitachi Consulting and 1st Global. She leverages deep expertise in creative design and direction for the delivery of Omni-Channel experiences across mobile and adaptive-responsive applications for Fortune 500 clients. Stephanie obtained her BFA in Visual Communications at the Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago in 2004
Matt Stone serves as AVP of Marketing at Photon. His responsibilities include digital campaigns, marketing automation, content, events, partnerships, internal communications, and CRM optimization. With a background in music, design, and advertising, Matt began his professional marketing life at Reuters in New York City. Prior to joining Photon in 2016, Matt served as the Head of Marketing at Real Capital Analytics, Kurtosys, and 1E.
