Vivian has more than 9 years of experience in the IT industry playing a variety of roles such as Developer and Technical Lead in the RIA space to Project and Delivery Management for enterprise customers. Vivian has been with Photon for the last 6 years and instrumental in the initial growth of the organization. Vivian has been very successful in growing key accounts from team sizes of 20 to 200 developers, playing the role of a delivery manager. He has also played a key role in setting up User Experience and RIA practice and growing the teams. He was also responsible at various stages of process improvements and instrumental in tailoring and building the initial process model from scratch. Vivian currently manages all F500 and G2000 accounts for Photon and is responsible for customer satisfaction and new business opportunities. His experience prior to joining Photon has been primarily on the Web Development and RIA space working with various design studios and web development firms in India. He has successfully played lead roles on building and managing teams on User Experience, Information Architecture & Design and RIA horizontals at Positive Edge Productions and Sanra Software Ltd. Vivian holds a Masters in Computer Application degree from Bharathidasan University.
