Vaithee has more than 10 years of Project/Delivery Management & Sales experience. His experience includes a stint with Infosys Technologies where he managed rollout of enterprise software for a leading bank in South East Asia. He has also worked with Sapient Corporation where he managed a key European engagement in the travel & hospitality industry. Vaithee worked with Photon in its initial days and was instrumental in taking Photon to the 200 people mark. Vaithee has extensive experience in delivery large scale engagements to enterprise customers and also in leading process definition and implementation. Vaithee currently manages the Bangalore operations for Photon and is responsible for the delivery of projects from this office Vaithee holds an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bharathidasan University and a MBA in Marketing from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.
