Role Description :
- Lead a team of technical leads/architects and engineers on day to day implementation activities and issues resolution
- Knowledge of Java Web Services, Open Source technologies and frameworks is mandatory - Should be flexible across multiple technology stack
- Scope and deliverables definition / finalization based on customer requirements
- Should be willing to be hands-on based on the need/project situation
- Ability to Project Manage engagements to ensure timely deliverable, quality of deliverable and customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from project, business and global services teams – To ensure effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment
- Risk, Issue, Dependency management on the technology front
- Should have built technology teams of 100 people from scratch
- Ability to ramp up project teams quickly and effectively
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education Background - Engineering degree, computer science from premier institute...IIT candidates would be preferred
