Desired Candidate Profile :
  1. Good knowledge of Core JAva - Mandatory
  2. Good knowledge of J2EE (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, EJB)-etc - Mandatory
  3. Core java, EJB, JSP/Servlets, Hibernate, JBOSS app server
  4. Exposure to developing middle-tier apps in JMS, JAXP
  5. Experience with SOA (REST/SOAP) – Added Advantage
  6. Good in J2EE design patterns.
  7. Good in data structures and Algorithms.
