Photon helped MDLIVE, a leading telehealth provider of online and on-demand healthcare delivery services providing consultations Anytime & Anywhere to develop best in the class mobile applications on iOS, Android and Windows phone platforms. More recently Photon enabled MDLIVE application to offer its services to Walgreens customers who now have the option to access MDLIVE application from inside of Walgreens app.

Voted one of the best apps of 2012 by TechCrunch, Viggle is a revolutionary second screen app that makes the TV experience more fun, social and engaging. Photon is working together with Viggle to develop the application and created the UX/UI experience for the Windows app through our partnership with Microsoft.

VWR is a leading, independent provider of laboratory products, services and solutions with worldwide sales in excess of $4.1 billion. VWR started engaging with Photon to revolutionize their stock room management but over the years has forged a strong relationship with Photon where we now partner with them as their innovation partner of choice, helping them use technology to transform their lab operations.

The 9/11 Memorial app allows visitors a unique glimpse into the events of September 11, 2001. Photon worked with the team behind the memorial to ideate, create and develop the app. Through the 9/11 Memorial Guide, visitors are able to understand the 9/11 Memorial itself, as well as making it their own.

Photon helped SIRI International Artificial intelligence Center develop their groundbreaking natural language engine. This combined with Nuance communications speech technology is what Apple used to build Siri , their highly successful intelligent personal assistant that is being used by millions of people every day. Photon is very proud to be part of one of the most successful digital experiences ever created.

Srinivas is the Chairman and CEO at Photon. Srinivas has built category dominating, highly profitable companies. Since he took over as CEO of Photon in 2007, the company has worked with hundreds of customers and has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Prior to Photon, Srinivas was SVP at webMethods, Nasdaq listed middleware technology firm reporting into the CEO. Prior to webMethods, Srinivas was Founder, President & CEO at Infravio Inc, a Valley based company which was a pioneer in the Web Services and SOA Infrastructure software space. Infravio was acquired by webMethods in 2006. Srinivas began his career in 1997 as an equity and derivatives trader at JP Morgan and Credit Lyonnais Securities at Mumbai, India, running the largest Institutional trading desk in India when he was at Credit Lyonnais. Srinivas is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani.

Mukund is the CTO at Photon. His strategic thought and technology leadership is the driving force for the innovation that Photon provides to its Fortune 100 customers. As a trusted technology advisor, he guides and advises CIOs on their evolving omni-channel and Digital strategy. He was previously VP - Product Development at webMethods, leading middleware technology firm. Prior to that he was co-founder and CTO at Infravio Inc, a Valley based company which was a pioneer in the Web Services and SOA Infrastructure space. Mukund has served as an active member and adviser to several standards organisations such as XML Schema, W3C Web Services architecture and Open Source web services. Mukund is an alumnus of Stanford University and is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

As COO, Sanjiv has responsibility for all our internal operations, processes and systems; devising and implementing our organic and inorganic growth strategies; business analysis and planning; corporate legal; treasury; and investor relations. Sanjiv joined Photon in 2012 as the SVP - Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to joining Photon, Sanjiv was the Senior Vice President- Investment Banking at Allegro Corporate Finance Advisors, a leading Bangalore based boutique investment banking firm with over 10 years of investment banking experience. Prior to Allegro he was with ICICI Limited, GE Capital and CRISIL. Sanjiv is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Ram is the Chief Financial Officer at Photon and in this role directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, Taxation, monitoring of financial performance, Treasury and compliance. Prior to Photon, Ram worked as Vice President (Finance) in Reliance Jio Infocomm and was involved in its 4G project as the finance lead of one of its large divisions. He has also worked as the Financial Controller of Lason India Limited where he was was in-charge of financial systems and reporting, legal compliance and cost management initiatives. Prior to Lason, Ram was with SSI Technologies and TVS Sudaram Clayton (part of TVS Group). Ram is a commerce graduate from RKM Vivekananda College (University of Madras) and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with All India Ranks in Inter and Final.

Hariprasad heads the Strategic Account Management team in the US and is responsible for maintaining and developing strategic enterprise customer relationships. He takes the lead on delivering on our commitments to key relationships and in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of Photon’s involvement in these accounts. Hariprasad has been instrumental in ensuring Photon’s positioning with our major enterprise customers and has grown all our major enterprise accounts into multi million dollar accounts. Prior to joining Photon, Hariprasad was Senior Product Manager at Servigistics, the leading provider of Service Lifecycle Management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Servigistics, Hari was a Project Manager at i2 Technologies, the market leading provider of supply chain management solutions. Hariprasad has a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Muhamad Daud SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING x

As Senior Vice President – Engineering, Muhamad manages a multi-national team in India, Indonesia and United States of over 2600+ people and is responsible for mentoring, leading and recruiting the engineering team. He provides technical and innovation direction for building Mobile, Social Network Apps, SOA solutions and Web 2.0 applications. He has designed and implemented scalable cost effective solutions for all clients and is involved in all aspect of sales, from pre-sales to contract signing and delivery. He is also the Head of Indonesian operations that specializes in HTML5 technologies, Android and iOS development. Muhamad joined Photon with more than 10 years of experience in architecting scalable high performance system. Prior to joining Photon, he was a Principal Engineer at Applied Predictive Technologies. Prior to Applied Predictive Technologies, Muhamad co-founded Infravio along with Mukund and Srinivas in 1999 and was a Principal Engineer at Infravio.Muhamad has a Master in CS from University Of Pennsylvania where he focused his research on Peer to Peer Distributed Database.

Anantha is responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions and services to key customer accounts that are executed across solution centers. Over the last 4+ years, he has successfully delivered programs for major F100 and G2000 accounts and built competencies in the SOA/Java, PHP/Drupal and Mobile platforms. Anantha is an IT professional with 18+ years of experience in Sales, Product Management, SAP Consultancy, eBusiness and software services. From our Chicago office, Jim Kim is Executive Creative Director and leads design teams in Dallas, New York, Chicago, and Chennai. From UX/UI to social media marketing, to integrated campaigns, Jim brings 15+ years of digital marketing experience. He was previously VP - Group Creative Director at Digitas and Creative Director at Critical Mass.

As AVP, Corporate Legal Srinath has the responsibility for being Photon's legal counsel providing legal advice in all aspects of the business and managing legal aspects for the company. Srinath is involved in structuring, drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing of various legal documents for diverse purposes along with streamlining legal documentation i.e. contracts both customer and vendor. He also provides expertise in strategizing and managing litigation end to end. Srinath comes with overall 15 years of experience. He is a Dual Qualified lawyer (i.e. licensed to practice in India and UK) with over 10 years of extensive experience in litigation covering Civil, Criminal & Taxation Law (in indirect taxation). This includes practicing in UK as a Solicitor. A Bachelor of Science from South Gujarat University, Srinath went on to pursue his Bachelors and Masters in Law in Criminology from the same University. He has also credits on International and Comparative Law – UK from University of San Diego, US.

Giri is responsible for the delivery of key customer accounts being executed across Solution Centers. Additionally he oversees and heads the HR function at Photon. He has been with Photon for the past 13+ years and has extensive experience of working on various technologies and platforms including Java/J2EE, Open source, Mobile (Android, iOS, Windows) and Recursive Web Design.

Vijay Iyer is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Photon and is based in the San Francisco bay area. Iyer is responsible for bringing to Photon talented marketing and business development professionals and working with them to extend Photon's market leadership and global awareness. Previously, Iyer held leadership roles in sales and business development functions at US based technology companies including Parallels, ArcSight (HP), Portal Software (Oracle) and Sun Microsystems. Iyer's contributions in building strategic partnerships had a material positive impact on his employer's successful IPO or acquisition in more than one instance. Iyer holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an M.S. in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Barbara.
